Unlock Brain Talents – Future Focused Capabilities
What are the essential capabilities of the future? Unlock opportunities by harnessing the Brain Talents in your team. We use the highly validated Six Seconds Assessment to identify each team members talents and then select the talents required for the project/period ahead, in order to increase performance.
What are Brain Talents? Through rigorous research, we have identified 18 future fit competencies that are essential to flourishing in complex times. Using the Brain Talent Profile, each team member will receive their 6 top Brain Talents. We call them “Brain Apps” – this is a metaphor to describe a talent or capability. What does your brain like to do? What functions are easy and smooth for your brain?
Teams work in parallel breakout groups to create practical outputs. Each group tackles a different talent from the 18 Brain Talents. The session includes reflection, goal-setting, creativity and structure. The session ends with groups sharing their work, building on each other’s ideas and committing to clear next steps.
