We believe there are eight key principles that underpin your success. This is a useful place to start. Before you embark on a strategic process use this tool (Strategic Learning Mindset) to chat to your leadership team and map out the scope of what you are willing to do to make your strategy work. There are eight actions that result from these beliefs, but it’s no good trying the actions if these beliefs are not in your DNA. These eight beliefs are the foundation of Mila’s approach to strategic direction and shape the scope of our strategic projects. We guide you in creating the mindset to embed your strategy.

There are no two strategic direction interventions that are alike. Every organisation’s strategy journey is unique, but we use a well validated, structured framework to guide you as we establish the project scope and agree the process.

Adapted from The Drivers Model© framework for strategy development, we have designed a ROUTE MAP specifically for business. This guides our project scope discussion as you decide on the support required. The path is not linear, it is a cyclical. A series of continuous thinking while doing. Our iterative and pragmatic approach ensures leaders have clarity about what to prioritise and feel confident in making strategic decisions.
