You’ll learn how to respond with intention, lead yourself through challenge, and develop habits that protect your energy, clarity, and confidence, both at work and at home. Each tool becomes part of your personal Resilience Playbook — something you can turn to any time life throws you a curveball.

Carey-Lyn will be your facilitator for this course. It is a rich, thoughtful and beautifully human-centered piece of work. Sharing her own stories and insights that are backed by resilience science, she will give you the tools to tap into your own ordinary magic.
