We use the analogy of climbing a mountain to describe the four levels of the resilience journey. Each stage in the climb represents a level.

36 -70 The Embattled Explorer – You are struggling without the tools

71 -110 The Base Camp Navigator – You have some strategies that you practice, but not enough to make you resilient

111 – 150 The Peak Performer – You have strategies that contribute to your effectiveness but you need to sharpen focus to raise your capacity

151 -180 The Summit Conqueror – You are using your strategies successfully and are likely very resilient

The Peak Performer (111-150)

You are a Peak Performer. You climb with confidence and skill, reaching impressive heights and overcoming obstacles. You follow your resilience playbook keenly, with a growing ability to handle life’s adversities.

Although you have a solid grasp of your resilience strategies, there is still room to add a few more to your backpack. Sustaining high level resilience is about leveraging your strengths (your go-to strategies) and knowing where the soft spots are. It’s time to access which strategies are your strengths and which ones need sharpening.
