Dr Seligman’s PERMA theory of wellbeing has five building blocks that enable flourishing – Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishments – and there are strategies to increase each. Using our Staff Wellbeing Audit, you will get a snapshot of staff wellbeing that will inform the creation of your Wellbeing Programme. We use both closed and open questions so we can get real insight into staff wellbeing.
This package includes 6 steps:
- Initial Engagement – We meet with the management team to discuss the benefits and implications of embarking on a Staff Wellbeing Audit and the commitment required to follow through on the data.
- PERMA meeting – We unpack the core elements of PERMA and why this model is used to get a snapshot of staff wellbeing.
- Survey Staff – Links and Instructions for staff to complete the anonymous survey. You can track live results.
- Unpacking Results – Insights on top staff stressors and burnout risk.
- Solution Finding – Tips and tricks for sharing feedback with staff and developing a Wellness Programme.
- Annual Monitoring – Benchmark and track annually to evaluate wellness interventions.
There are different packages available depending on support required. Including a selection of Wellbeing Interventions and bite sized packages to support your programme.
