Shifting Perspective

Purpose: Growing resilient staff who are solution focused and empowered to influence company culture for the better. Reducing the victim mentality and the “them and us” barriers that are often prevalent in organizations undergoing change.

Approach: Shifting Perspective is grounded in the neuroscience of problem solving and coaching and is a bespoke solution. A series of six sessions with a group of 9-12 participants over a period of 6-8 weeks. The methodology will be grounded in the neuroscience of problem solving and coaching. Your space is perfectly designed to get the results you are currently getting. If you want to improve the results, you need to shift the thinking that creates them.

The structured approach by an external facilitator creates a neutral space for reflection and an opportunity to show up effectively. The group will identify the outcomes in session one and the four/five sessions that follow will be guided by their input. The sessions will be balanced with facts, stories, perceptions, assumptions and tools. Work examples will be shared and analysed for new thinking to emerge.
