of existing
 jobs, but it is always ideal to sit with someone who knows
the position well and fill in a job profile questionnaire to create
 an exact profile. The candidates for the position then fill in an
 online Questionnaire called an Adult Preference Profile to
indicate how they prefer to think. This profile gives you insight
 into the way they like to think which will impact on their
decision making, problem solving and most importantly they
 interact with others. From this we can consider leadership
and management styles. Then this profile is compared to
the thinking required for the job and the two are compared as shown below.
